Peer Reviewer Process
All manuscripts submitted to Friksi: Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of published articles.
The review process consists of the following stages:
- Initial Editorial Screening
The Editorial Office evaluates each submission for its relevance to the journal's scope, compliance with the author guidelines, originality, and overall quality. - Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. - Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief may reach one of the following decisions:- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
- Revision and Final Decision
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers' comments. The revised manuscript may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation before a final editorial decision is made.
The journal evaluates manuscripts based on originality, methodological rigor, academic significance, clarity of presentation, ethical standards, and relevance to the journal's scope.
All manuscripts are treated confidentially throughout the review process. Editors and reviewers are expected to declare any conflicts of interest and to maintain the confidentiality of all submitted materials.
