1. Types of Manuscripts

• Research articles (empirical or case study)

• Literature reviews or conceptual papers

2. General Requirements

• Manuscripts must be written in proper Indonesian or English.

• The manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

• All submissions must be made through the journal's OJS (Open Journal Systems).

3. Manuscript Format

• Length: 4,000–7,000 words (including abstract, tables, figures, and references)

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

• Margin: 2.5 cm on all sides

• Line spacing: 1.5; Font: Times New Roman, size 12

• Citation style: APA Style (latest edition)

4. Manuscript Structure

• Title (maximum 16 words)

• Author(s) name and affiliation

• Abstract (150–250 words) in both Indonesian and English

• Keywords (3–5 words)

• Introduction

• Literature Review (optional if included in the introduction)

5. Publication Ethics
