Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Managovate: Journal of Innovative Economics and Management undergo the following review process:

Initial Editorial Check
The editor checks the manuscript for completeness, relevance to the journal's focus and scope, and adherence to submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the author without review. -
Plagiarism Screening
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin) before being forwarded to reviewers. -
Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial check are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind system, in which both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous. -
Reviewers’ Recommendations
Reviewers may recommend:-
Accept without revision

Reject

Editorial Decision
The final decision is made by the editor based on the reviewers’ reports and the quality of the manuscript. This decision is final. -
Revision and Resubmission
Authors required to revise must submit the revised version along with a response letter addressing reviewers’ comments within the allotted time. -
Proofreading and Publication
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and proofreading before final publication.
